Synergy Resources recently held a series of VISUAL customer meetings in six cities throughout the mid-Atlantic region. The meetings reinforced Synergy Resources’ commitment to the VISUAL product and focused on a number of topics specific to the VISUAL community, including:
- an interactive assessment of each attendee's VISUAL implementation
- an exploration of VISUAL release 6.5.2
- an introduction to VISUAL Information Worker Extensions, a collection of add-on applications and services for enhancing the capabilities of VISUAL
- an overview of the services that we can provide to help you get the most out of your VISUAL solution

The meetings were well-attended and the feedback we have received has been unanimously positive. Many attendees indicated that the meetings were good opportunities to network with other VISUAL users. Others enjoyed the implementation assessment session, which gave attendees the opportunity to speak with our staff about specific implementation issues (see below).
Based on your feedback, we're planning to incorporate user-presented success stories and case studies, longer Q&A and brainstorming sessions, and more hands-on activities in future customer meetings. Thanks to all for the constructive feedback.
Implementation Assessment
The implementation assessment workshop was a success. It gave attendees an opportunity to evaluate their VISUAL implementations and made suggestions for improvements. For those who were interested in our evaluation and recommendations, please provide us with days and times that would be convenient for us to contact you over the next few weeks. We look forward to the opportunity to help you maximize the benefits of your VISUAL system.
