On November 20th, Vox will host our third annual Microsoft CRM User Group Meeting for our Alberta customers. This year’s themes will be:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 - Canadian Launch Event, and
- The tools and products that are changing Customer Relationship Management to Relationship Management (CRM to RM).These include the extensive use of SharePoint and new CRM configurations to show innovative new releases of Quality, Vertical Specific configurations for (manufacturers, financial services, oil field service, and municipalities), Online Training Material, Project Management, AR collections module, Management Reporting and Dashboards.
In addition, we are offering training on management reporting, creating user-defined dashboards, and the process to upgrade from CRM version 3 to 4

- Customer presentations on how they achieved outstanding company performance using Microsoft CRM
